CORNERSTONE CUTS & COLOR opened on the Parkway Jan. 3, 2007, in the newly constructed Big Oak Shopping Center. Owner, Patricia Azar , and stylists, Janet Brackney, and Cindy White , all have previously worked in the Tallahassee area . We now welcome SaQouya Johnson to our team. It is our pleasure to be here for you.
We are experienced professionals who pride ourselves in our customer service and the quality of our work. Our salon, considered beautiful by many, is in an open Veranda style, designed to be spacious and relaxing . Our waiting area accommodates our customers comfortably and has separate areas for seating. We are children friendly and enjoy cutting their hair.
We are a full service MULTI-CULTURAL salon for the whole family and for the professional person. We offer scissor and clipper cuts along with color, highlights, perms, straighteners, hair styling, facials and facial waxing AND AT FAMILY FRIENDLY PRICING. We are opened seven days a week to meet your needs. We welcome walk-ins and we also service by appointment.
We were a member of the WCTV6 Monday Morning Makeover team since
March of 2007. It was our pleasure to join WCTV6 in bringing a day of pampering to many deserving citizens of our Tallahassee area.
It is also our pleasure to be a part of the brides special day by accommodating Bridal Parties in our salon by appointment and that party or prom up-do.

Many of our customers have asked why our salon was named “Cornerstone”. Such a stone, was so important to a building’s structure that it was often inscribed, and it was laid with ceremony marking the origin of a building. It was considered to be indispensable and fundamental to the building; and we here at Cornerstone Cuts & Color, feel your cut is indispensable and fundamental to your style.
