$25 PRE-DEPOSIT POLICY
This afternoon (1/27/23) my stylists, Cindy & Janet, lost over $400 in service sales due to 3 new clients not showing up for their appointed colors and highlights. Theses appointment times could have been re-booked had these clients called to let us know they were not coming in, instead of just not showing up. So at 1:30 this afternoon, it was too late to recoup the loss to their sales.
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023, we will be requiring a $25 deposit from all new clients booking for colors, highlights, or perms. This deposit will be deducted from the finished service or it will be refunded if the appointment is cancelled by
12 noon the day before the appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and please know that we love having new clients but we need the courtesy of a cancellation call as I cannot allow this type
of loss for my stylists.

How to Get the Style You Want
Tip #1: When going for a new look, its better to make an appointment and request time for a consultation before the hair cutting service. We encourage clients to come in for consultations and ask lots of questions.
Tip #2: Instead of asking ask for "just a trim" thinking you and your stylist are on the same page, ask to be shown what it will look like before the cut and discuss how much should be taken off, and from where. You can also bring pictures for the consultation and/or use fingers for specifying exact length.
Tip #3: Discuss a cut that's right for you, and not just the trendy look of the day. What may be right for one person may not be the look for you.
Tip #4: Try not to leave room for interpretation by just asking for "a bob". Do be more specific and say something like, "I'd like a choppy neck-length bob with long layers framing my face." If you are not sure of the terminology then ask to see a few hair styling magazines to show the cut to the stylist.
Tip #5: For in-depth free consultations for a new look (cut, color and style) , please select an appointment time that is not so busy nor at the end of the day. It is better when a stylist is not rushed or tired when restructuring a new you.

Take a close look in the mirror. Are you happy with your hair? If not it may be time for a cut, color or style change. We are here to help you with that change. Sometimes just a good trim and conditioning treatment will put that bounce and shine back. Call us, we are here for you.
